Transportation is essential for creating true communities of opportunity, impacting the structure of metropolitan cities, job creation, energy efficiency, affordable housing options and economic growth. 

By building collective and community-based power within Harrison neighborhood, we ensure that community members most impacted by development and systemic injustice are informed, engaged and developed to be leaders in transit and development decision-making, and that the voice of those traditionally under-represented are heard and respected in the public decision making process. 

C-Line (Penn avenue) BRT

The C-Line is a new kind of bus service that will serve the downtown, North Minneapolis and Brooklyn Center Communities via Olson Highway and Penn Avenue. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is a package of transit enhancements that adds up to a faster trip and an improved experience. This new bus service will include train like features with ticket machines at stations that will allow customers to purchase tickets before boarding. Buses will make fewer stops, significantly speeding up travel time, as well as providing more seats.
